SiRF Technology Inc., which in December sued Global Locate Inc. for patent infringement (Auto E-lectronics December 21, 2006) and in January was sued by them, has filed a patent infringement complaint against Global Locate with the U.S. International Trade Commission. SiRF is seeking exclusion and cease-and-desist orders.
