Continental has appointed Karl-Thomas Neumann to succeed Manfred Wennemer as chief executive officer and named chief financial officer Alan Hippe to the new position of deputy CEO. Continental also said that Schaeffler Group will purchase a minority position in Continental for €75 per-share.
