Low-power, six-bit Microchip potentiometers available in small packages Mar 1, 2006 12:08 PM Microchip Technology Inc. has introduced a family of low-power, low-voltage, six-bit digital potentiometers in five- and six-pin SOT-23 and 2 mm x 3 mm DFN packages. The MCP4011 – MCP4014 digital potentiometers work in the extended industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +125°C. In addition to 1.8 V operation and 0.3 µA typical power consumption, the potentiometers offer 1/2 LSB maximum INL and DNL, 100 ppm typical end-to-end temperature coefficient and 10 ppm typical ratiometric temperature coefficient. |
