ISSI Automotive SDRAMs handle -40 °C to +105 °C

Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. has introduced a line of automotive SDRAMs with densities from 16 Mb to 512 Mb and support for -40 °C to +85 °C (A1 grade) and -40 °C to +105 °C (A2 grade) temperature ranges. The product line includes full automotive product quality support with complete automotive Production Product Approval Process documentation (PPAP) and AEC Q100 Stress Qualification for Integrated Circuits.

Features include low operating and standby current, partial array self refresh (PASR), temperature compensated self refresh (TCSR), deep power down, and driver strength selection. Voltage options include 1.8 V and 3.3 V Vcc and Vccq devices. The SDRAMs are available in TSOP and BGA packages in standard and lead-free.
