InterVideo Inc. and Faith Inc. have formed a strategic alliance for development and distribution of audio, video and data service software to automotive OEMs, among other customers. Faith will provide midi 3-D sound to support InterVideo's software while InterVideo will supply H.264/MPEG-4/AAC/AMR-based multimedia applications to strengthen Faith's content distribution services. The firms will begin distribution in the Japanese and European markets and then expand worldwide.
