Behr America, which supplies automotive engine-cooling and air-conditioning systems, has completed an $8.5 million, three-story office building on its North American corporate campus in Troy, Mich. The 69,000-square-foot building, constructed on a 2.3-acre site, will house nearly 270 Behr employees who currently occupy two leased buildings.
