David Morrison, electronics communications industry veteran editor, writer, and engineer has been named editor of and Power Electronics Technology and RF Design magazines.

Morrison joins PETech armed with his extensive industry experience as a technology editor of Electronic Design magazine, where he specialized in analog and power electronics. Prior to Electronic Design, Morrison served as an associate editor at Electronic Products magazine, where he reported new product news related to analog ICs, discrete semiconductors and oscillators.

Morrison’s experience garnered from working in the field as an engineer at audio and rf companies, combined with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, lend him a unique and valuable perspective on producing content of intrinsic value to design engineers.
